Workout Programming - October 12th

Here's this week's programming. We're taking a deload week from the hypertrophy-based strength training that we've been doing (although some of the metcons might have shades of that style, especially Tuesday). We'll start back up with more 4-8 rep strength training next week. 

I'd like you guys to start working on your Muscle-Ups. A lot of you could do it if you a) put in some more work on your bodyweight strength training and b) practiced regularly. I've put 'b' in an cash-outs twice this week. I'll be around if any of you would like help with this skill.
