Workout Programming - October 19th

Here's this week's programming. We're going to start getting a little heavier with the weights as we enter into a 4-5 week strength cycle. 

Also, note that I've pulled Terrible Tuesday from the menu (for awhile). It was getting stale. We'll bring it back again!
