In this course you will be provided with the best, proven strategies to improve your overall shoulder health and prevent injury. Each participant will be provided with strategies that they can implement immediately into their programs to help them stay injury free through the rigors of a Crossfit workout.
All class supplies will be provided. You will receive an electronic version of the class notes the week of your seminar. Please wear comfortable clothes as this will be an interactive and movement based course.
