FoodI  Prep to me is very important for my goals. Without it I find that I under eat most of my meals. I typically mix up my recipes to keep from getting bored. I rotate between lean pork, chicken, and beef cuts. Here are a few of my favorite bulk recipes that are easy. The slow and pressure cookers are your friend on these. 

Recipe 1: Pulled Pork


I typically find an acceptable BBQ sauce from the grocery store instead of making his. 

Recipe 2: Ginger Cilantro, Kale & Chicken Breast

4 lbs of chicken breast
1 bag or container of kale
1 Paleochef Ginger Cilantro Marinade

Place chicken and Marinade in slow cooker. Cook on high for 5.5 Hours. Open the slow cooker and dump the kale in and mixing it up. Cook for another 30 minutes on high. (Note: This can also be done in the pressure cooker. I typically put all the ingredients in including the kale and cook it for 13/14 minutes)

Note: I constantly vary this recipe with a different healthy marinade. 

Recipe 3: Cilantro Garlic Basmati Rice

2 Cups of Rice
3 Cups of Water
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chopped Garlic
Dried Cilantro

Soak and rinse your rice. Place 1 tbsp of olive oil and garlic into the pot on medium heat. Once it gets warm add the rice. Throw in the remainder of the olive oil and some cilantro. Stir in the pot to keep the rice from burning. Once it appears the rice is drying and the olive oil is no longer really visible add your water. Turn up the heat and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, bring the heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
