- We have ample space for Open Gym lifting, in our lower room (the Dungeon). If you want to do an Open Gym workout in the upper room, please see a trainer before starting to make sure you’ll have space and equipment (and won’t interrupt class). - The gym is open from 5:15AM through ~13:15 on weekdays. We generally close for a few hours in the early afternoon and open again at 15:45. The gym closes for the day around 20:15. Check our Blog for holiday hours.
