Matt Biller

I started my passion for fitness when I was 14. By the time I was 16, I was on a competition power lifting team and at 17 I was accepted into West Chester University’s Kinesiology and Exercise Science Program. I was never satisfied with basic routine so I learned to mix my training up early on. I have always been active and love to play sports, including baseball, soccer, football, golf, wrestling, karate, rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, surfing and much more. I will always push myself to higher limits, both physically and mentally. Even before the days of CrossFit I had realized there is no one best method to get great results and would constantly vary my training. The key is to incorporate various strategies, methodologies and sports to create a potent stimuli using various functional movement patterns, energy pathways and training apparatus. I also emphasize the importance of proper nutrition to create an all around potent program that is a fun and effective training protocol with the end goal of total human optimization.

I opened my own gym and training facility in 2012 and have worked with athletes and clients from all different backgrounds including young students, high school sports teams, collegiate athletes, elderly, overweight, underweight, motivated and unmotivated just to name a few.

Aside from my Kinesiology and Exercise Science background, I also furthered my schooling and graduated from National Personal Trainers Institute and am NASM Certified. I am a Level 2 USAW Coach (and have sent multiple athletes to national level competions), CF L1 Trainer, CF Gymnastics, Catalyst Athletics Certified, Kettlebell Certified, TRX Certified, and a Certified Nutrition Consultant.

I specialize in CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Specific Sports Training for young athletes and personal training.
