Protein Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats
4 tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp dry roasted cocoa nibs
3 scoops Ascent whey protein
1 tsp cinnamon Optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. If too dry, add a small drop of water to moisten.

  3. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

  4. Remove and make into 12 balls.
