Travis Youngs

CrossFit Level One Trainer.

I went to school at Ursinus College where I majored in Exercise and Sports Science with focuses in Kinesiology and Physiology. I have worked as a personal trainer for 9 years with athletes of all levels and backgrounds. I am a CrossFit Level One Trainer, and have certifications in  AFAA Group Exercise, NASM Corrective Exercise and ACE Personal Training. I love CrossFit and am currently training to become a professional GRID athlete in the NPGL (National Pro Grid League). In 2016, I hope to qualify for the CrossFit Regionals. I love to challenge myself, and through my own challenges comes the desire to challenge others just as hard.

Travis specializes in CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting and Competition training. He works with athletes of all skill levels and is generally available Wednesday & Friday evenings, as well as select Saturdays.
