I started my CrossFit journey in February of 2017. Initially starting just to shed a few pounds before my upcoming wedding, it didn’t take long for it to become an integral part of my life. Now married and a father, CrossFit has given me the structure I need to be the best father and husband as I can. I was drawn to the community by its competitive environment, while also being incredibly supportive, and loved being able to see concrete results that built on what i thought my limits were. I became fascinated with the intricacies of trying to be as efficient in movement as possible, specifically in Olympic lifting, and now my goal is to try and show what I have learned, while continuing to take in as much as possible. I want to help others move better, push themselves, and have fun in a great atmosphere. When I’m not in the gym, I’m spending time with my wife and daughter, and singing in a wedding band on the weekends.
