Our CrossFit Group Classes are the perfect solution for busy adults that want a community-based general fitness program. We combine elements of cardio training, weightlifting, and gymnastics in every session and our classes are FUN. If you train with us 3-5 times per week and follow our nutrition approach (for most of your meals), you'll see a host of benefits: you'll reach the right bodyweight for you, increased strength, increased cardio capacity, more flexibility, better sleep, and improved emotional and mental health.
Workouts are adjusted in weight, intensity, and mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration. We explain the workout, warmup and workout, all as a group. Our certified Coaches are present in each class to help calibrate the workout for you and help you learn and improve your technique.
Although we take training seriously, we keep our environment lighthearted and fun. We realize that our athletes all have different 'whys' for training and respect the diversity of approaches within our community.
We integrate new athletes via a stepped learning process called OnRamp. OnRamp sessions are scheduled one-on-one with a Coach and teach you all of the core movements required for class.
