I found CrossFit in 2012 when I had just moved here from NYC searching for a new community. I have a background in dance, and I spent my young adulthood taking every fitness or hip hop dance class I could. But it was the moment I walked into a CrossFit box that fitness clicked. The high intensity, mixed modality training, and community approach to workouts showed me that we all have a powerful engine from within, and CrossFit is our gateway to accessing it!

This methodology stayed with me for 14 years, doing crossfit through 3 pregnancies and postpartum journeys, a medical leave for my son, and the pandemic. I am passionate about helping members become the best version of themselves so they can show up for others, achieve fitness goals as they gracefully age, and navigate life transitions. I'm also energized by CrossFit competitions and the experience they provide to push athletes beyond their perceived capabilities. I am committed to helping members have the best hour of their day at DelVal…while becoming the healthiest version of themselves!

When I’m not in the gym, you can find me cheering for my kids at school activities on the sidelines with my husband, working as an educator for young adults, and participating in CrossFit competitions. You can find me wearing a DelVal shirt at local comps!
