CrossFit Level I
CrossFit Coach
Growing up immersed in sports and competing in collegiate lacrosse sparked a deep love for athletics in me. While I thrived on the intensity of competition, I found myself equally drawn to what happened off the field — the strength and conditioning sessions in the weight room. I was blessed to train at a sports academy during my high school and college off-seasons, where I learned the foundations of functional movement, Olympic lifting, strength training, conditioning, and plyometrics. That experience shaped me and sparked my passion for performance training and long-term health.
I’d always kept an eye on CrossFit — watching the CrossFit Games and admiring how athletes balanced strength, endurance, various skills. After hanging up my cleats and finishing my lacrosse career, I went on to pursue a career in medicine through Physician Assistant school, driven by a desire to help people in need heal from illness. Once I graduated and stepped into post-grad life, I found myself missing the structure and competition of team sports — until I took my first CrossFit class in the fall of 2023. From that first workout I knew that it would become a passion of mine.
I’ve always had a heart for people. I believe in living with purpose, serving others, and building meaningful relationships. CrossFit is an awesome intersection of fitness, health, community, and connection — all things I deeply value. I also believe our bodies are gifts from God, and staying physically fit is one of the best ways to honor and steward them well. Outside the gym, you’ll likely find me serving at my local church, spending quality time with friends, or reading a book with a cup of coffee!
